RETURN POLICY

Please note all sales are final and no refunds, returns or exchanges are possible. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged due to shipping issues or product is not as listed, please contact OPUS ARDEN within one week from the date of received delivery. Please send all communications through opusarden@gmail.com. Please include an image of the product and of the package.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

OPUS ARDEN currently ships domestically and internationally. Shipping to the USA, Canada, and UK is $5. Shipping for all other countries is $10. Free shipping on orders over $65. Standard shipping usually takes 5 - 7 business days but can take longer around holidays. An email confirmation will be sent once the item is shipped along with tracking information. Please contact opusearden@gmail.com for alternative shipping options, express shipping, custom or specialized shipping requests, and any questions regarding shipping.

 

Each product is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives safe and secure. Paper sizes may vary slightly by region. For the US and Canada, the measurement is in inches, while for the rest of the world, it is in centimeters. It is printed and shipped on demand. No minimums are required.
